Who Should Attend?

The “Front-line Production Manager” refers to all types of frontline

production manager under department managers and plant directors.

Training Introduction:

1. This course will focus on "several essential management skills

of good front-line production manager", especially the new

manager or "old manager" transformed from technology to

management; this course can provide them with complete system

training to improve management capabilities and effective

implementation. It will then help trainees learn how to transform

from "technical operations based experts" to "coach-based

experts" and how to lead the team to upgrade their "soft skills" to

be a great front-line manager.

2. Advocate "learner-centered, happily enjoy training learning

concept", emphasize the students' participation and interactivity,

easily understood, can remember, usable in the work.

3. Number advice: small class training best below 30 peoples, 50

peoples is the max; large-class is as lecture, interactive

discussion and students’ participation is a bit poor.
